May 15 - Scam or Not?

Hello everyone.

I've been posting my videos. I've been submitting my ads to various places. I've been doing everything that I can think to do.

Earlier today I came across a forum posting saying that Cash Gifting is a scam. The original poster actually posted a link to the FTC website to prove his point that gifting is illegal.

Please follow this link to the FTC website and read it for yourself.

Read carefully what it says. I'm not a lawyer and have never studied law, but this, to me, does not represent 1Up Cash Gifting. There is no "Captain". There is NO ONE PERSON at the top raking in all the money. Once you've made your initial gift, and provided your 1Up to your mentor, you are at the EXACT SAME LEVEL as your mentor.

Completely linear in my mind. An EVEN playing field.

Just my 2 cents for the day.

One Week

So I am officially 1 week into my cash gifting experience and it's been pretty good so far.

The one major thing this activity has done for me so far is that it's taught me how to get out of my comfort zone. It's taught me to think differently. I'm actually feeling better as a whole.

If you've never heard of cash gifting, I really urge you to go watch the video's on YouTube. Not just mine, but any of them. Cash gifting really can be a way to turn things around in your life. The whole concept of Karma is at play with this activity. The more you help others to succeed, the more you will as well.

I'm actually having fun with this!

Day 5

So today is day 5 of my journey into cash gifting.

It's all been a bit overwhelming so far, but not in a bad way. There is alot to learn, and a lot to comprehend. The whole concept of Web 2.0 marketing is actually very new to me, even though I know what it is at it's basic core. And I have actually already dove into some. I say some, because I've haven't jumped in completely, because I feel I need to master one thing at a time.

The whole idea behind the 1 Up cash gifting, in my mind, is karma. What goes around, comes around. Helping others in turn helps you. It's not a new idea in any respect. But actually put it to work is just that. It's WORK. Don't confuse that with it being a JOB, because it's not. What you get out of it is going to be many times more than what you put into it. And you're helping others at the same time.

Check out the videos on YouTube as well.

I'll be back in a couple of days with more insight and information on cash gifting!

Cash Gifting - Day 1

Today was my first foray into the world of Cash Gifting.

First, my story and reasons I decided to get into cash gifting and my expectations.

I'm a 38 year old married man from Houston, TX. Like the rest of the majority of people, times are getting harder and harder every single day. Gas prices and food prices are taking it's toll on my families income. It's getting harder and harder to make ends meet. I'm sure we are your typical family. We have a mortgage, car payments, a few credit cards, kids to take care of, etc. It's the same for my friends, coworkers, and neighbors.I've been looking for some way to add to our household income. Everything that I looked at seemed to require more energy than I had left at the end of the day. It also seems that most of them were scams of some sort.

About 2 weeks ago, I stumbled upon some videos on YouTube talking about cash gifting. 2 hours later I'm thinkging that this sounds like a great oppurtunity!

I took me about 10 days of watching videos and researching before I decided to try it for myself. And here's the reasons:
1. The stigma that goes along with "putting yourself out there".
2. Wondering if it was legal.
3. Convincing myself that it wasn't a scam.
4. What would my loved ones say?

And what I decided was, why not? The WHOLE concept is about HELPING each other! It's not about someone just walking out there door and sending you money. Its about karma, "paying it forward", helping others. One of my favorite quotes is from Winston Churchill. He said "We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give." I truly believe this. And that is what got me up and made me find a mentor that i believed in.

I sent my gift this afternoon.

I'm not expecting to have thousands of dollars sitting on my front porch tomorrow morning. I don't expect to have it next week. But I do believe that this cash gifting program will allow me to receive cash gifts that will help me to help my family and others. I think that is what cash gifting is all about.

I'm committed to making this work.

If you've been thinking about, pondering the idea of getting started, and are still unsure, then that's ok. I was once in that exact same spot. Until today!
